Fritchey, one of two Judiciary Committee members to vote against the tort reform bill in committee(he and Hamos), sponsored an ammendment nullifying the caps for physicians who "engage in sexual activity" in the line of professional conduct. While his aims are laudable, the bill is an example of demagougery and ad hominem tactics that play off of the public's worst fears.
