Tort Reform

In this week's TIME cover story on "Female Midlife Crisises," they mention a physician who, after (guess what?) numerous med mal suits(all of which she won), while continuing to practice, began to retail womens' clothing from her home. Said she, "No one is going to sue me because she didn't like the color of her skirt." She adds, "Being sued is gut-wrenching." We can imagine.
