Hearings Before Labor Day; Poll Numbers

Says Wonkette, "Roberts has a favorable-unfavorable rating of 46% to 13% in [a] Gallup poll." Yes, but what about the other 41%? When there are that many who are either "undecided" or don't recognize Roberts's name, it isn't a very accurate poll. One would think that the "favorable" ratings will rise significantly, as those who aren't familiar with him now are not likely to be too cynical of judicial nominees.
Wonkette also reports that the White House is angling for confirmation hearings to take place before Labor Day.
