   The Leader weighs in on the probability of an Edgar run.
   MSI would, undoubtedly, be resurrected from its shallow grave in the cemetery of not so long lost political scandals. His race against Hartigan in 1990 was reasonably close, but he buried(no pun intended) Dawn Clark Netsch four years later. He is one of the few reliable bipartisan favorites-among everyone but the solons.
