Daley Operative Lands Job with City Contractor

Erstwhile city Buildings Commissioner Stan Kaderbek has been hired by Walsh Construction, which boasts lucrative Millennium Park contracts. The city ethics ordinance bars only those who had "participated personally and substantially" in transactions with a city contractor from subsequently working there. Kaderbek denies that he did so as Buildings Commissioner. (Previously, as en engineer, he had been prominent in negotiations with Walsh.)
