Fritchey Letter Appears in Illinois Newspapers

Springfield's State Journal-Register, among other papers, published a letter from State Rep John Fritchey(D-Chicago), in which the solon urged cell phone users to insert "ICE(In Case of Emergency)" contacts in their directories(i.e. ICE-Mom). Says he, "In an age where cell phones have become common place, it only seems natural that cell phones be used to the best of their means." OD applauds Rep Fritchey's efforts to ameliorate emergency preparedness.
