Who Wouldn't Be Depressed?

State. Rep Patricia Bailey's trial, on charges stemming from the false address she included in her vote registration, has been postponed. Judge Diane Gordon-Cannon ordered Bailey, who is on anti-depressants, to undergo what was described as a "mental evaluation." Additional felony charges have been filed against the Democratic state legislator by the AG's office. (The SA's office recused itself, because Bailey's mother is employed there.)The Sun-Times has an article on the subject here.
